Stroller Strides is a total body workout for moms with their kids in the stroller. We provide a safe place for moms of all fitness levels to not only get a great workout, but also find friendship with other local moms! Your first class is always free!
Classes on Monday and Wednesday are outside at Beaver Lake Lodge from 9:30-10:30 am. Classes on Friday meet on Park St. at the Trailhead Vista in the Highlands at 9:30.
Your first class is always FREE! Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and your smile!
